We are proud to have achieved the Investors in People Standard.
"St George's Hotel bears out its excellent reputation with customers in how it respects and develops its professional and friendly team of employees.
At this first assessment the hotel displayed exceptional levels of teamwork and cooperation and of sharing knowledge and skill. The organisation was keen to receive feedback from an external and objective standard and to continue to develop employee and the hotel in line with recommendations.
All in all it has been a pleasure to work with the hotel and its staff. Thanks are due to all who both took part in and helped the assessor. Particular thanks must also go to the HR Manager for his efficient organisation and patience in providing examples and documents as the assessment unfolded.
The achievement of Investors in People in St Georges is well-deserved and is credit to all staff."
